Procrastination is incredibly common you are not alone.

It is important to forgive yourself for procrastinating from time to time, as sometimes it is your brain’s way of telling you to take a break for now, and not hurry into the next task.  However, adopting strategies such as those discussed in this section can allow you to feel like you are progressing and moving in the right direction.

One study based in Bristol found that 97% of students were affected by procrastination with 80% feeling anxious after procrastinating.
