Planning your time and structuring your workload can have numerous benefits for your wellbeing and work output.  Work to your strengths and don’t be afraid to try something new if your current routine is not working. It is important to know that we each work differently and there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to do a doctorate.

Your most productive working pattern might be different to that of others and may change throughout your studies (or even throughout each day!).
