Use this resource from Manchester University - which has been developed for Postgraduate Researchers - to practice mindfulness. It explains why mindfulness can be helpful, the different types of mindfulness, and it even allows you to have a go! (Please note the final slide makes reference to counselling services in Manchester so will not be available to students studying elsewhere.)
